DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charges will be calculated and shown automatically at the checkout, detailed as below. We use a courier service on Standard next day delivery service.

UK (Mainland)
Free for orders over £75.00 incl. VAT in UK (Mainland).
Under £75.00 there is a standard charge of £6.49 + VAT

For Ireland, Republic of Ireland,  Northern Ireland,  Scottish highlands & islands, Channel islands, isle of man,    
=  £18.50, UP-TO 30kg

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order,
Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and we aim to dispatch within approximately 1-4 working days.

If items are temporarily out of stock, we will try our best to send your order out within 3/7 days. If we are unable to do this we will email you to reconfirm your order, It can take up to 5 days to get items in stock..

However within this period if you wish to cancel, you can send us a reply email from the 'order confirmation email' stating you wish to cancel your order. If the items are not ready to ship, we will delete your order at no charge and email a confirmation of this. However please be aware that we can only do this if your transaction has not been authorized and the order is not ready for shipping. When your transaction has been authorized you will receive an email, confirming that your order will be shipped that working day evening.

If you require your order within a certain time please call us at 0208 749 7234 or email us at sales@handlesandthings.com and we will give you a more accurate time for delivery.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your goods for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of the purchase.date. The goods must be unused and in their original packing.
Upon receipt of goods, We will refund your card the amount you paid for them. We cannot refund carriage charges on the original order.

Returns Procedure

Please notify us by email of any returns. Remember to quote your order number, item model numbers and date you ordered.
Please also write your order number on the package.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged or faulty when they reach you , please advise us by email within 48hours of receipt. We will either exchange or refund in full the cost of the item once we receive them. We should receive them back within 7 days from the date of goods received. In the unlikely event that your packaging looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as damaged.
